Quality Products

Because of the revolutionary, patented technology around the processing of our velvet antler, (an ingredient found in most Impax Therapy products), we can honestly say that our products are superior to most products on the market today. Impax Therapy uses the whole antler, including the velvet.

The traditional and most common form of processing velvet antler used throughout the world is as follows: At harvest, the antler is taken from the animal, and the velvet (the soft velvet like fibers that cover the antler) is burned off. This exposes the antler to heat, which compromises the quality of the end product. The antler is then freeze dried and shipped off for further processing.

The velvet antler used in the products produced by Impax Therapy is processed as follows:
At harvest, the antler is taken from the animal in its optimum stage of growth. This insures the highest concentration of growth factors and other unique compounds that give velvet antler its profound regenerative qualities. It is then processed by using sound frequencies. No heat is generated with this process, thereby keeping all of the properties of the velvet antler intact. No other process allows for the "velvet" of the antler to be used. The velvet itself contains many important co-factors. An added benefit to this procedure is that all bacteria is completely eradicated, leaving the finished product free of any contaminants.

It is important to note that the animals are not harmed in any way. The deer and elk that are raised to produce velvet antler are highly revered and cared for. Immediately following the removal of the antler, the animal is released back into the field to go about his day. Most animals feel nothing at all. Those that do, feel only a slight soreness equivalent to our fingernail being cut too short. Remember that velvet antler is a renewable resource and the farmer is counting on next years harvest.
